Shirts that change color when they are in the sun… how neat is that?! Del Sol has created some gorgeous t-shirts that when out of the sun, they are black and white, but then you get in the sun, they have color in them. I was offered two shirts from Del Sol’s Marvel and Disney lines. I chose two pieces of clothing from the Disney line – Disney Fit Crew T – Olaf Hot Stuff and Disney Racer Tank – Made You Look.
While I have never seen the movie Frozen, I have heard it is such a cute movie and very entertaining. I decided to go with the Olaf Hot Stuff t-shirt because it looked adorable. I like the color version of the Del Sol Color Change Olaf Hot Stuff a little more than the non-sun version. Either way, though, they both look nice. The Del Sol Color Change Made You Look made me smile so much when I saw it. A close friend of mine loves Tinkerbell, so this tank top reminds me of her. That is mostly what drew me to this particular tank. With the Olaf Hot Stuff t-shirt, I liked the color version of it more so than the black and white version. However, with the Made You Look tank top, I like the black and white version a little more. Again, they are gorgeous either way. I like the style of the tank top and it fits well and feels extremely comfortable.
So, you are probably wondering how the shirts change colors when they are in the sun… Well, as Del Sol puts it – magic. Okay, maybe, not magic, but Del Sol’s proprietary Spectrachrome Technology. Spectrachrome crystals reveal their hidden colors when exposed to sunlight. NASA invented it for their space program, and Del Sol enhanced it for everyone under the sun! It is not rocket science, but then again, maybe it is.
Overall, I am impressed and would definitely recommend Del Sol Color Change shirts. They have so much more than just shirts, though. They have shorts, cover-ups, nail polishes, hats, sunglasses, shoes, beach toys, hair accessories, jewelry and many, many other items.
